Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Monde Nissin is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, adaptable, have strong planning skills, and possess the ability to persuade and influence others.

Responsibilities: - Manage online live chat conversations with customers to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat software and other online tools - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
