Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Gcash in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online live chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have - Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services - Proactively engage with customers to identify potential issues and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Confident and dedicated with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online live chat tools and platforms - A high school diploma or equivalent
