Online Support Assistant

Qwikwire, a leading fintech company located in Quezon City, NCR, PH, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Online Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, adaptable, strategic planners, and problem-solvers.

As an Online Support Assistant at Qwikwire, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing online support to customers via email, chat, and other digital channels - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assisting with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online platforms - Monitoring online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Assisting with the development of online customer support resources and documentation

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong customer service orientation. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
