Job Description - Online Support Associate

Job Description:


Meralco, the leading electric utility company in the Philippines, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Support Associate to join our team in Manila, NCR. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking and adaptable.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support and assistance through online channels such as chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and service requests related to their Meralco accounts. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer feedback. 6. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on Meralco's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist in developing online support strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficient in using online communication tools and customer support software. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues. 5. Strategic planning abilities to proactively address customer needs and improve support processes. 6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred). 8.
