Job Description - Online Support Manager

Job Description:


Xepto Computing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Support Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online support operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing guidance and assistance to users. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving. 3. Monitor customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner. 5. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials for self-service support options. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in online support management or a related field. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and online support tools. 5. A driven and hardworking attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
