Job Description:
As an Online Support Manager at Cropital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online support team to ensure efficient and effective support is provided to our users. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online support experience for our users - Manage and lead the online support team, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed - Monitor and analyze support ticket metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support to continuously improve our processes - Handle escalated support tickets and resolve complex issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain support documentation and resources for both customers and support team members - Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in online support or customer service roles - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful and adaptable with the ability to think creatively and problem solve - Strong time management and project management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Experience with CRM software and support ticketing systems - Knowledge of agricultural or financial industries is a plus
