Online Support Officer

Job Description:

Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Support Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and feedback effectively. 4. Assist in the maintenance and update of online support resources and knowledge base. 5. Contribute to the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance customer experience. 6. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services. 7. Support online marketing and sales campaigns as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management systems. 5. Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
