Online Support Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Support Representative to join our team at AQWIRE in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment would be the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical support - Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to customers - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or related experience is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to persuade and influence customers in a positive manner - Must be motivated and energetic to work in a fast-paced environment
