Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Support Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to students and instructors through email, chat, and video calls - Address technical issues and troubleshoot problems related to our online platform - Assist with enrollment processes and provide guidance on course offerings - Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to enhance the student experience - Collaborate with other team members to improve support procedures and strategies - Keep accurate records of student interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High emotional intelligence to provide empathetic support to students - Comfortable using technology and online communication tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Must be motivated and energetic to engage with students effectively
