Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description: San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Online Support Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Manage online orders, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 6. Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through online channels. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online support processes and protocols. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proven experience in providing online customer support in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure. 5. Adaptability to changes in technology, processes, and customer needs. 6. Negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns and reach satisfactory resolutions.
