Job Description:
BeautyMNL is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR. As an Associate level role, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our online customers. This is a part-time position requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Provide technical support for website navigation, account settings, and troubleshooting. 4. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of shipping inquiries. 5. Conduct product research and provide recommendations to customers based on their needs. 6. Collect feedback from customers and communicate insights to the marketing and product development teams. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 2. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 3. Energetic and enthusiastic personality to engage and assist customers. 4. Soft skills such as presentation and teamwork are essential for collaborating with internal teams. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms. 6. Knowledge of beauty products and trends is a plus. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
