Job Description - Online Support Specialist


Job Description:


San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated Online Support Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional online support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms - Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and empathetic support - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
