Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Flowerstore.ph in Manila, NCR, Philippines. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our online web chat platform to provide information on products, answer inquiries, and assist with the ordering process - Use persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase and upsell additional products - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally - Present product information in a clear and compelling manner to drive sales - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively through written communication - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer purchasing decisions - Presentation skills to showcase products and promotions in a compelling way - Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools is a plus - Must be willing to work a part-time schedule
