Cloudstaff is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Web Chat Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat platforms - Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through online chat - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Innovation and adaptability to new technologies and tools - Must be hardworking, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
