Cropital, a leading agricultural technology company based in Manila, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry-Level Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner through web chat - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Assisting customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Strong negotiation and time management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
