Job description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at Petron Corporation in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Monitor chat conversations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales through online chat channels. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all online platforms. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Train and supervise a team of online chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service and chat management.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online chat management or a related field. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Excellent cooperation and teamwork abilities. - Proven track record of driving results through online chat channels. - Experience with chat software and CRM systems. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Personality traits: - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
Soft skills: - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. - Cooperation skills to work well with cross-functional teams.
