Job Description:

Investagrams is seeking a qualified and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Online Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online chat system, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online web chat system, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through our products and services - Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor chat transcripts and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online chat experience and increase customer engagement - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our chat system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Proficient in project management and presentation skills - Experience working with online chat systems and customer support software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
