Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Qwikwire is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage online web chat cyhat platforms and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through online chat. 3. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Monitor and analyze chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 6. Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their online chat skills. 7. Stay resilient in high-pressure situations and demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving customer issues. 8. Adapt quickly to changes in online chat platforms and technology.

Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong research skills and ability to adapt to changing environments. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Resilient and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online chat platforms.
