Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking an experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in managing online chat functions.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support - Develop strategies to optimize the online chat system for efficiency and effectiveness - Train and coach chat agents to ensure quality interactions with customers - Monitor chat conversations to maintain high standards of communication and problem-solving - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate chat performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to integrate chat services with overall customer service initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online chat management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online chat management or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team of chat agents - Reliable and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent planning and organizational skills with a creative mindset - Knowledge of chat platforms and technology - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is preferred
