Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at GMA Network Inc. in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in online customer service and a proven track record of managing web chat platforms effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online web chat platform to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the chat experience for customers - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in online customer service, with a focus on web chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Problem-solving and people management skills - Proficiency in chat platform software and technology
