Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, hardworking, and have strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless online shopping experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to increase sales revenue - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Comfortable using technology and navigating online chat platforms - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
