Ayala Corporation is looking for a dedicated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support - Utilize analysis and innovative problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve operations and customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling confidential information with discretion

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer literacy with knowledge of online chat platforms or willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be hardworking, adaptable, analytical, and innovative
