Job Description:
As an Online Web Chat Officer at Globe Telecom, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online web chat to address their inquiries, provide technical support, and assist with account management. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers who choose to communicate through online chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through online web chat. 2. Provide technical support for products and services offered by Globe Telecom. 3. Assist customers with account management tasks, such as bill payments, plan changes, and service upgrades. 4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 4. Strong presentation skills. 5. Excellent time management skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
