Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking an Online Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via live web chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions. 3. Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred. 2. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat role. 3. Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic. 4. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. 5. Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and connect with customers. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
