Online Web Chat Representative

1Export is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and reliable personality, along with strong soft skills in critical thinking and strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries and provide support to customers through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Meet established metrics for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based chat platforms - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
