Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Associate level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is given to customers - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Utilize strong planning and negotiation skills to find efficient and effective solutions for customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality traits to effectively engage with customers - Strong planning and negotiation skills to provide exceptional customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient computer skills and experience working with online chat platforms - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
