Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Online Web Chat Representative to join our team located in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating empathy towards customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Experience in a customer service role is preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
