Job Description - Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:


As a Remote Support Assistant at Lazada Philippines, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients in a remote setting from the comfort of your own home. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance on using our platform. This position is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the e-commerce industry.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist customers with navigating the Lazada platform and understanding its features - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Research and stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and resourceful individual with a strong desire to help others - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Proficiency in using computer software and online tools
