Job Description:
AllCare is seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner - Manage and organize office files and documents - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Provide support to team members as needed - Coordinate office events and activities - Perform data entry and other clerical tasks - Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in an administrative support role - Independent and passionate personality traits - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
