Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Present solutions and recommendations to improve customer experience - Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor - Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly - Proficient in conducting research and problem-solving - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
