As a Support Assistant at Flowerstore.ph, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is perfect for someone who is confident, independent, and possesses excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Assist in documentation and reporting of customer feedback
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
