Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a motivated and energetic Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Assistant working from home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of drive and energy.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with technical issues and provide troubleshooting support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Contribute to improving processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Energetic and driven attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using various communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
