Support Associate

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a dynamic and motivated Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a fast-paced and innovative company.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve product features and user experience - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment - Uphold company values and promote equality and fairness for all employees

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking with a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be located in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH
