Job Description:
Storm Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Support Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role. The Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Assist in training new support team members and sharing best practices. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of support policies and procedures. 7. Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community.
Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others. 3. Strong decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively. 4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
