Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Manila, NCR, PH, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers and clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 6. Assist in training new employees on customer support procedures.
Requirements: 1. Strong adaptability to work remotely and in a fast-paced environment. 2. Resilient mindset to handle challenging situations with customers. 3. Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. 4. Persuasive communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Previous experience in customer support or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
