Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our home health care clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients and caregivers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and answer any questions they may have. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our platform and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Educate clients and caregivers on how to navigate our platform and utilize its features effectively. 4. Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating care services, and updating client information in our system. 5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of care services and address any concerns raised by clients or caregivers. 6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and caregivers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or remote support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients and caregivers. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively promote our services and address any objections raised by clients. 4. Teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments and ensure a cohesive approach to client care. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
