Support Associate

Job Description:

BeautyMNL is looking for a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience, who are reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. 5. Assist in inventory management and order processing. 6. Contribute to strategic planning for customer support improvements. 7. Manage communication with customers to build strong relationships. 8. Maintain professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends is a plus. 6. Strategic planning and people management soft skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
