Support Associate

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As a Support Associate at Uproot Urban Farms, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our urban farm, ensuring that our produce is grown, harvested, and distributed efficiently and sustainably.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the planting, watering, and harvesting of crops - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the farm - Monitor and maintain the health of plants and crops - Assist in packaging and distributing produce to customers and partners - Support the Farm Manager in various administrative tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of farm operations - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the farm

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and project management - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of sustainable farming practices is a plus
