Support Associate

Job Description:

Meralco, a leading electric distribution company in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the team by assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. 2. Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall success of the department. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation to track progress and monitor performance. 5. Assist in organizing events, meetings, and other activities as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Must be resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
