1Export is seeking a Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and efficiency - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable, with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
