Job Description:

Insider is seeking a talented and motivated Support Associate to join our team in Quezon City. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Associate at Insider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for our products and services - Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
