Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in a remote work from home position based in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide technical support and assistance - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to best assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace at home - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
