Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


SariSuki is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This role requires a high level of resilience and drive, as well as excellent communication skills and innovation.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff and ensure they are meeting performance targets - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and team achievements - Assist in training new support staff and providing ongoing support and guidance


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Proven track record of managing a team and meeting performance targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
