Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Support Manager to join our team at ZipMatch in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of support representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of support representatives to deliver excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency. 3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are being met.
Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a support management role, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Independent and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 6. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with grace. 7. Excellent presentation skills.
