HealthNow is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall support experience for customers - Monitor support performance metrics and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide training and guidance to support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated support issues and work with customers directly to resolve complex problems - Contribute to the development of support processes and procedures to streamline operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer support or service management role - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Proven experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience with customer support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
