Remote Support Manager

We are currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team at Machine Ventures in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on KPIs and trends. 5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of remote support agents. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional support issues and implement solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve remote support operations.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively manage a remote team. 2. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions. 3. Proven experience in a customer support or remote support management role. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools. 7. Experience with workforce management and scheduling software is a plus.
