Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Coins.ph is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customer support agents to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team to achieve performance targets 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction 3. Monitor customer inquiries and provide guidance and support to agents 4. Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to our support processes 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on support team performance and customer feedback 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Strong leadership and communication skills 3. Motivated and resourceful individual 4. Ability to research and analyze data to make informed decisions 5. Strategic planning skills to develop effective support strategies 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred 7. Knowledge of cryptocurrency and financial services is a plus
