Job Description - Remote Support Manager


Job Description:


Homebase is seeking a part-time Remote Support Manager to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field. The Remote Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support staff, ensuring that all customer inquiries and technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and track performance metrics to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in remote support management. 7. Coach and mentor team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of experience in remote support management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptable and reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficient in people management and innovation. 7. Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus.
