Job Description:
Zennya is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a leading provider of on-demand wellness services, we are seeking a Support Manager who can help us deliver exceptional customer service and support to our clients and service providers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline and improve customer support operations. 3. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary. 5. Provide coaching and training to support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Develop and maintain knowledge base and documentation for support team. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Assist in developing and implementing customer feedback mechanisms to improve services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Proven experience in people management and planning. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
