The Support Manager at United Laboratories will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff who assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general customer service issues. This role will require the individual to work from home and collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless support experience for customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and mentor a team of support staff, providing guidance and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to provide feedback on customer needs and issues. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide support as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support customers.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven experience managing a team and implementing support processes. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strong teamwork skills. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
